ATS - TRIBAL BASICS (TB) - 12 week course
info: In this foundation course we will cover posture, isolations
basic fast and slow movements from the FCBD format
How to lead, follow and improvise within a group, as well as
transitions and formations. Finger cymbals will be introduced, and
integrated into movements. We will also work on building flexibility
and core strength as well as having fun! All levels welcome
fee: £96 for 12 weeks - No drop ins

When you have completed this course and are
happy with the level you are at you have
the option of joining the Intermediate class
or you may re-take the course to continue
improving on the basics.

PLEASE NOTE: Students signing up for Tribal Basics June-August 2012
I am going to be re-taking my ATS General Skills training in
Gothenburg so the last class on August 14th will be extended to 8:30pm

INTERMEDIATE ATS CLASS
Day: Tuesday - Time 7:45 - 9:00pm
To join this class you need to have completed TB and BTB
Fee: £20 per 4 week blocks

If you are paying for the 12 week course in 2 insteallments of £48
the first payment to be made before the first class and the second

What to wear: Please wear comfortable clothing
ie; a long loose skirt or yoga pants
a comfortable top or choli (fitted not baggy)
Bare feet or dance shoes/soft soled slippers only
Please bring finger cymbals (Zills).
